The design of the buildings is unique in terms of size and location and the installed sprinkler system on top of the roof thatching for the accommodation areas is activated when hot weather is experienced thereby cooling the rooms below and at the same time creating a rainy effect. The Main Building, Chaka House, is amazing and the upper decks provide a spectacular view of the river, crocodile islands, mountains and Game Park on the Zimbabwean side; a perfect place to witness the sunrise, sunset and the spectacular moonrise creating unforgettable reflection on the river.
